Alles beginnt im Jahre 1969 in Kierspe (NRW, Südwestfalen): Walter Goletz gründet die Firma Walter Goletz OHG.
1971 treten Friedhelm Gessler, Horst Vedder und Fredi Werner in das Unternehmen ein. Damals besteht das Unternehmen aus den vier Gründervätern als reiner Spritzgießer mit von Kunden beigestellten Werkzeugen.
Friedhelm Gessler und Walter Goletz scheiden 1982 aus.
1978 entsteht der 500 qm große Neubau in der Osemundstraße, 1985 erfolgt die Erweiterung auf 1000 qm. Im Jahre 1989 erfolgt die Umfirmierung in Walter Goletz GmbH.
Goletz wächst und erweitert sich im Jahre 1998 auf 1800 qm, in 2004 wird ein externes Gebäude, eine Spritzgießerei angemietet.
Die Firma wächst weiter, und in 2008 sind der Bau neuer Produktions- und Lagerflächen erforderlich. Die Werke in Kierspe werden auf 6.500 qm zusammengelegt und die Spritzgussfertigung in Kierspe eingegliedert.
2016 folgt die Eingliederung in die saarländische Nanogate SE.
Seit 2021 sind wir nun wieder eigenständig und firmieren unter Goletz GmbH.
Mittlerweile hat sich die Firma vom Spritzgießer zu einem Unternehmen mit einem weitgefächerten Kompetenzspektrum entwickelt:
Der Kunde erhält alle Leistungen rund um das eigentliche Spritzgussverfahren aus einer Hand: Beratung, Projektierung, Konstruktion, Werkzeugdesign, Werkzeugmanagement, 3D und CAD Entwicklung, Mehrkomponentenfertigung, Oberflächenveredelung und Montage.
It all begins in 1969 in Kierspe (NRW, South Westphalia): Walter Goletz founds the company Walter Goletz OHG.
In 1971 Friedhelm Gessler, Horst Vedder and Fredi Werner join the company. At that time, the company consists of the four founding fathers as a pure injection moulder with moulds provided by customers.
In 1978, the 500 m² new building is constructed in the Osemundstraße in Kierspe.
Friedhelm Gessler and Walter Goletz leave in 1982.
Production is expanded to 1000 m² in 1985.
In 1989, the company was renamed Walter Goletz GmbH.
Goletz grows and expands in 1998 to 1800 m².
In 2004, an external building, an injection moulding facility, is rented.
The company continues to grow and in 2008 the construction of new production and storage areas is necessary. The plants in Kierspe are merged to 6,500 m² and the injection moulding production is incorporated in Kierspe.
This will be followed in 2016 by its integration into the Saarland-based Nanogate SE.
Since 2021, we are independent again and operate under the name Goletz GmbH.
In the meantime, the company has developed from an injection moulder to a company with a wide range of competences:
The customer receives all services related to the actual injection moulding process from a single source: consulting, project planning, construction, mould design, mould management, 3D and CAD development, multi-component production, surface finishing and assembly.
