Expertise & Solutions in Plastic Injection Moulding:
Our End-to-End Value Chain
We are a full-service provider in the field of plastic injection moulding and see ourselves as a reliable partner for our industrial clients. With our comprehensive range of services, we support them from the initial consultation through project planning, development and design, right through to toolmaking, project relocation, injection moulding, automation, plant engineering, finishing and assembly. Our many years of experience and specialist expertise enable us to develop and implement bespoke solutions in collaboration with our customers. Our aim is to supply them with high-quality products and to support them in optimising their processes.
A perfect plastic product is the result of a seamless process chain. From the initial consultation right through to the ready-to-assemble system assembly, every step of our process meshes seamlessly. Discover our core competencies across the entire product life cycle and find out how we translate your requirements into cost-effective, high-precision series production solutions.
The success of a project is often determined even before production begins. During the initial consultation, we carry out a comprehensive analysis of your requirements. Our experts assist you with the strategic selection of materials (ranging from standard thermoplastics to high-performance plastics), assess cost-effectiveness and proactively identify opportunities for optimisation.
Turning an idea into precision: During the project planning, development and design phases, we transform your component concepts into 3D models suitable for manufacturing (Design for Manufacturing). Using state-of-the-art CAD software and computer-aided Moldflow filling analyses, we digitally simulate the subsequent injection moulding process. This enables us to eliminate potential sources of error, such as warping or sink marks, at an early stage.
At the heart of our quality philosophy lies our in-house, state-of-the-art toolmaking facility. This is where we produce high-precision, durable injection moulds, as well as prototype and production moulds. Thanks to our close proximity to the production facilities, we can guarantee not only maximum precision in tool manufacture, but also the fastest possible response times for maintenance or modifications.
Would you like to transfer an existing project or moulds to a new, reliable supplier? Our specialist project relocation service ensures a seamless tool transfer. We take charge of your tools, carry out comprehensive quality and functional checks, optimise the parameters where necessary, and integrate the moulds into our machinery without any production downtime.
Our core expertise in injection moulding combines flexibility with cutting-edge technology. Using state-of-the-art production facilities with clamping forces ranging from 35 to 1,000 tonnes, we produce complex 1K to 4K multi-component parts. Whether it’s sophisticated visible parts, sensitive functional elements or innovative special processes such as the gas-assisted injection moulding (GID) process – we manufacture in series with reproducible, top-quality results.
Cost-effectiveness is achieved through intelligent processes. In the field of automation and plant engineering, we develop and implement bespoke, robot-assisted production cells directly on our injection moulding machines. These automated systems handle the precise insertion of inserts (e.g. threaded bushings) as well as the gentle removal and packaging of components.
We ensure the perfect first impression through our finishing processes. To enhance the appearance of components or optimise their functionality, we offer a wide range of surface treatment technologies. These include sophisticated paint finishes (e.g. high-gloss or soft-touch), precise laser marking, pad printing and innovative hot-stamping processes for elegant metallic designs.
On request, we can supply not only individual parts but also complete systems. During assembly, we combine the injection-moulded and finished components to form complex sub-assemblies. Using modern ultrasonic, vibration or heating element welding processes, we join plastics permanently and integrate mechanical or electronic components, right through to the final functional test.
