Quality is the central expectation of our customers and means more than just the qualitative and punctual delivery of our products. For us, it goes beyond product quality and concerns above all all internal organisational services: From project development to final production and delivery, we attach great importance to ensuring that all processes, procedures and quality controls during production are carried out according to the specifications of our extensively certified quality management system.
Our goal is to increase effectiveness and efficiency for the benefit of our customers, while at the same time taking into account material and time requirements and further developing the quality of our products and services.
Certification according to IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 is naturally part of our offer and is supplemented by weekly machine audits.
Information on the production equipment (availability, performance and quality) is calculated and visualised with so-called OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) using key figures in order to avoid possible bottlenecks and optimise the production process.
